• Refund policy: In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or venue change unsuitable to you, you can transfer to another Retreat at same fee.
• Administration fee of 15% charged for cancellations less than 3 weeks before date.
• Accommodation can be arranged pre or post Retreat.
• Travel is your responsibility.
